Why should Hillaker Investigations LLC be retained to assist in your investigative needs?

We approach investigative methods differently than most investigative agencies. Hillaker Investigations LLC approached each case behaviorally. Profiling witnesses and examining consistent deviant behaviors over time. We: conduct extensive behavioral case intakes, profile cases behaviorally, including personality profiles; conduct field investigations, and interview. By looking at cases behaviorally, we can better determine if witnesses are being truthful, if police and or Child Protective Services have been negatively impacting witnesses.

How does our education benefit the investigation?

Our primary focus Graduate School was studying children and adults as witnesses whose testimony has been reviewed by experts in the area of behavioral science. With this advanced education, Hillaker Investigations LLC stands apart from other investigative firms. We apply the theoretical and practical behavioral elements obtained through our education to the investigations we conduct.

What happens to your investigative data after it is collected?

In certain instances our investigational findings, have the same weight in the court setting as Friend of the Court, Family Independence Agency, and Police Investigators / Detectives; therefore, our investigative behavioral data is collected with the intent that it will be going to court. Based on the results of our investigation, we may refer our clients to attorneys and/or behavioral experts.
