*** I have conducted extensive research in the area of "Witness Tainting and The Scientific Analysis of Children's and Adult's Statements and Testimony" and my graduate Thesis was based on social psychology " Perspectives On Witness Tainting". I was an adjunct instructor for Delta College , teaching behavioral investigational methods courses for the past nine years. The classes incorporate Forensic Behavioral Investigative Methods, which includes the "Scientific Analysis of Children's and Adult's Statement and Testimony; Perspective in Witness Tainting; Rethinking Previous and Current Legal Cases".

*** July 2002, based on a mid-Michigan Circuit Court order compelling Hillaker Investigations to divulge privilege communications; we are currently arguing Private Investigative Privilege Communications under MCL 338.840 / case law RAVARY v. REED 163 Mich App 437 and TEZAK v. HUNTINGTON RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, LTD. in Circuit Court. Arguments and Proofs : " MOTION TO QUASH PREVIOUS DISCOVERY ORDER PURSUANT TO MCL 338.840" September 30th, 2002 . Was successful; Circuit Court Judge reversed himself and ordered an In-Camera Inspection of the case, based our motion.
